Our goal is to excite the student or audience to see things differently! To help them develop a passion for breaking the paradigms of Project Management and to encourage them to discover new methods for solving business problems ... all while having fun!
Yes, we will have fun, and so will your staff. We believe strongly that people learn better while enjoying themselves, and so we include many activities and exercises in our classes!
Our instructors have been busy over the past two decades, and it shows!

Because they are currently practicing project managers with full time jobs in the field, you get real experiences that are current with modern project management practices...and not just academic theory or concepts read in a book.
Our founder and lead instructor, Dr. Dan Furlong, co-authored a textbook designed for Graduate & Undergraduate Healthcare Programs! Working with best-selling PM author Kathy Schwalbe, the textbook, "Healthcare Project Management", was published June 1, 2013 and is available on Amazon.com. The 2nd Edition was published in December of 2017, and aligns with the 6th edition of the PMBOK.
Our instructors are also regular speakers on the topic of project management in the region. Below are some of our past speaking engagements, where we have typically been asked to speak multiple times over the years.
